Produced through a collaboration with Antenna and published by Paper Machine, Overstory chronicles the history of A Studio in the Woods and the flora and fauna of the bottomland hardwood forest. The book features essays about the land by David Baker, Andy Horowitz and Mead Allison, and includes stories from the founders, staff and residents of A Studio in the Woods.

Overstory was designed and illustrated by Sara White. Leaf illustrations by Penny Baker, Environmental Curator David Baker’s mom.
