Reset with the Sun

Join current Rising Resident Hye Sea for a 2 hour, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to create a solar engraved artwork to take home and cherish. This workshop will serve as a reminder to enjoy the present, make use of what you have, and will be an opportunity to spend time in nature enjoying the elements.

All tools including eye protection will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing (and bring sunscreen if needed) as we will be in the sun for the majority of the workshop.

Hye Sea is an artist, alchemist, and a steward of the earth. Her solar engraving practice is how she pays tribute to the natural worlds and those that have long communicated through glyphs.
