Dara Bramson is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Anthropology. She conducted ethnographic fieldwork in northern India on Tibetan medicine in exile. Her residency time will be dedicated to reflecting and writing on environmental issues faced by an ancient healing system under the pressures of modernity.
